Educational Recruitment Consultant required to work within a busy educational supply agency based in Catterick Garrison.

This is initially offered as a maternity contract but may become permanent. Ideal candidates will need to be passionate and well motivated individuals with the ability to work as a member of a small team.You will need to have strong sales, networking and client development abilities, excellent time management and organisational skills, together with a strong business acumen and desire to build or further a career in educational recruitment. Must be qualified to degree level or equivalent.

Previous educational recruitment experience essential.

Primary teachers

Primary teachers required immediately to work on local supply assisngments at schools across North Yorkshire.

Working on varied assignments ranging from half day course cover to longer term commitments, we work to meet your individual supply need.

Maths Teacher

Experienced Maths teacher required from September for a term long assignment at a York comprehensive. Teaching a full timetable, this role involves mostly teaching to KS3 with some a KS4 involvement. This is offered for initially a term but may continue.

Teaching Assistants

We are currently recruiting experienced Teaching Assistants to work on an ad hoc supply basis at schools across the region.

Covering both long and short term absence, we currently have a number of assignments currently available for successful applicants. Candidates must have previous experience and hold a minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent. Own transport essential.

Specialist Day practitioners

With the success in the last academic year of our Specialist Days, we are now looking for more teachers/specialists who have an area of expertise.

You will be able to deliver a "stand alone" day that will engage, excite and inspire. This day does not have to be within a curriculum area but could tie in with the day to day curriculum. Areas currently covered are animation, puppetry, rainforests, dance, languages and recycling.

We are keen to hear from anyone who may be able to devise and offer a day involving perhaps cookery, gardening, languages or art to deliver within local primary and secondary schools.
