You will be able to deliver a 'stand alone' day that will engage, excite and inspire. This day does not have to be within a curriculum area but could tie in with the day to day curriculum. Areas currently covered are animation, puppetry, rainforests, dance, languages and recycling.

We are now looking for language teachers and specialists to deliver stand alone day in French, Italian and Spanish that will 'engage, excite and inspire'.

This day does not have to be in a curriculum area but could tie in with the day to day curriculum. The day might be an introduction to Italy, hightlighting the geography, history and cultural traditions through your own experiences and knowledge.

Specialist Days are offered on a supply basis to primary and secondary schools across York and North Yorkshire with the intention of bringing subject areas alive and introducing new subjects into the classroom. We will happily consider other modern languages too.
